On two separate occasions I’ve hired Puresteam to clean carpet stains in the kid’s bedroom. Both times,  the staff got me scheduled quickly, and completed the job in a highly professional manner. On one occasion, part of the stain returned and the Markus had to re-do a section of carpet. He made every effort to get me scheduled within 24 hours, returned to my home and quickly removed the remaining stain. Service was prompt and the tech was nice and professional. I admittedly don't know a whole lot about carpet cleaning. I did opt for the pet treatment add on. For the most part, they did what I expected. Not sure if the parts I question are due to my inexperience or hardware limitations on their part
