One of our longtime customers in Fitchburg recently emailed us to schedule their annual carpet cleaning. We’ve been cleaning this home once a year for the past four years, so this is a property we’ve gotten to know pretty well.

For this Fitchburg carpet cleaning visit, we steam cleaned four bedrooms, the hallway, staircase, and family room. With kids and pets in the house, regular professional cleaning helps take care of the dirt and everyday buildup that naturally collects in frequently used carpeted areas.

Annual Carpet Cleaning for a Home With Kids and Pets

This homeowner originally contacted PureSteam several years ago and has continued to bring us back annually. With both children and pets in the home, the carpet sees plenty of everyday activity throughout the year.

Homes with pets can especially benefit from periodic pet carpet cleaning, since hair, tracked-in dirt, and other debris can work their way into carpet fibers between regular vacuuming sessions. For this customer, scheduling a deeper cleaning once a year has become part of keeping up with the carpet throughout the home.

We like projects like this because we aren’t coming into a completely unfamiliar space. After four years of visits, we already know the layout of the home and the areas that receive the most use.

Steam Cleaning Bedrooms, Stairs, and Living Areas

For this visit, we cleaned:

  • Four bedrooms
  • The hallway
  • The staircase
  • The family room

These spaces all get used a little differently. Bedrooms tend to collect everyday dust and debris, while hallways and stairs see repeated foot traffic. The family room is another heavily used space, especially in a home with kids and pets.

Our steam cleaning process gave us the chance to work across all of those areas during one appointment rather than only addressing a single room. The finished carpet looked noticeably refreshed once the cleaning was complete.

Keeping Up With Carpet Year After Year

Not every carpet needs professional cleaning on exactly the same schedule. For this Fitchburg homeowner, once a year has worked well because of the amount of activity in the home.

Regular carpet cleaning in Fitchburg can also make it easier to address everyday dirt before the carpet begins looking heavily soiled. This customer has made PureSteam part of their yearly routine for four years, and we appreciate being invited back each time.

If the carpet in your bedrooms, stairs, hallways, or living spaces is due for a deeper cleaning, contact PureSteam to schedule carpet cleaning in Fitchburg and throughout the Madison area.
